Delivery times depend on the destination:

Delivery within Spain and Portugal takes 2 to 3 working days.

For the rest of the world, deliveries take 3 to 5 working days.

During busy sales periods deliveries may take up to 6 working days longer than usual.

All items bought during sales or promotions (including outlet) can be exchanged for another item or online credit within 14 days but not refunded. The first size exchange is free. The returned item must be in the same condition as you received it and the exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
