Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES
The first size exchange is free. The returned item must be in the same condition as you received it and the exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Products purchased during Sale periods can also be exchanged following the same procedure.
Here's what you need to do in order to exchange a product:

Send an email to returns@augustathebrand.com with the following information: name of the person who placed the order, order number, email, delivery address, product to be returned and the new desired size.
We will manage the shipment of the new size, as well as the return of the unwanted size, and we will send you an email with all the instructions to follow.


RETURNS
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at Augusta the Brand within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
For returns of products purchased during Sale periods, a non-expiring purchase voucher will be issued for the full amount.

SPAIN 
Send an email to returns@augustathebrand.com with the following information: name of the person who placed the order, order number, email, pick-up address and reason for the return. We will notify you via email on the day the courier will pick up the package at the specified address.
Once the product reaches our warehouse and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed through the payment method used, deducting 10 Euros of transport costs generated by the return. The refund may take a maximum of 14 days to be effective from the moment we receive the package in our warehouses.

REST OF THE WORLD
Send an email to returns@augustathebrand.com with the following information: name of the person who placed the order, order number, email and reason for the return. We will send you the return label by email, as well as the instructions to carry out the same.
Once the product reaches our warehouse and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed through the payment method used, deducting transport costs generated by the return. The refund can take a maximum of 14 days to be effective from the time we receive the package in our warehouses.

* If you prefer to ship with a different logistics company, no problem! Send your package duly identified to Avda. Pío XII, 61. Portal 10, 1A. 28016 Madrid. Please keep in mind that until arrival at our warehouses, the package will be your responsibility.
** Returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in reasonable condition and without postage labels. Damage to the box or omission of the box from your return/exchange will result in a charge of 5 Euros.
