Socks Exchanges

For socks returns, to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in its original packaging with no labels removed.

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at Augusta the Brand within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Once the product reaches our warehouse and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed through selected compensation method.

  • Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of €10.00 per return, which includes the return label. 
  • Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of €15.00 per return, which includes the return label. 
  • Returns of orders from any other country have a cost of €20.00 per return, which includes the return label.

    The refund may take a maximum of 14 days to be effective from the moment we receive the package in our warehouse.

    Refunds through bank transfer will have an extra cost of €1.00 added to the aforementioned logistics cost. 

     

    *Augusta the Brand reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
