EXCHANGES
The first size exchange is free. The returned item must be in the same condition as you received it and the exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Products purchased during sale or promotions (including Outlet) can also be exchanged following the same procedure.
SPAIN
For size exchanges please submit your request by accessing our Returns Portal here.
Once we receive your order in our warehouse and check its condition, we´ll proceed to send the new pair.
REST OF THE WORLD
Here's what you need to do in order to exchange a product:
Send an email to returns@augustathebrand.com with the following information: name of the person who placed the order, order number, email, delivery address, product to be returned and the new desired size.
We will manage the shipment of the new size, as well as the return of the unwanted one. We will send you an email with all the instructions to follow.
RETURNS
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at Augusta the Brand within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
For returns of products purchased during sale or promotions (including Outlet), a non-expiring purchase voucher will be issued for the full amount.
SPAIN
For domestic returns, please submit your request by accessing our Returns Portal here.
Once the product reaches our warehouse and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed through the payment method used. An admin fee of 10 EUR, which includes a return label, will be charged.
The refund may take a maximum of 14 days to be effective from the moment we receive the package in our warehouses.
REST OF THE WORLD
Send an email to returns@augustathebrand.com with the following information: name of the person who placed the order, order number, email and reason for the return. We will send you the return label by email, as well as the instructions to carry out the same.
Once the product reaches our warehouse and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed through the payment method used. An admin fee of 15 EUR within EU and 20 EUR for the rest of the world, which includes a return label, will be charged.
The refund can take a maximum of 14 days to be effective from the time we receive the package in our warehouses.
* If you prefer to ship with a different logistics company, no problem! Send your package duly identified to Calle Francisco Suárez, 9 Portal 2 Bajo A 28036 Madrid. Please keep in mind that until arrival at our warehouses, the package will be your responsibility.
**All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags). Damage to the box or omission of the box from your return/exchange will result in a charge of 5 Euros.
***Augusta the Brand reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
