EXCHANGES

The first size exchange is free. The returned item must be in the same condition as you received it and the exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Products purchased during sale or promotions (including Outlet) can also be exchanged following the same procedure.

RETURNS

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at Augusta the Brand within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Once the product reaches our warehouse and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed through selected compensation method.

Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of €10.00 per return, which includes the return label.
Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of €15.00 per return, which includes the return label.
Returns of orders from any other country have a cost of €20.00 per return, which includes the return label.

Refunds through bank transfer will have an extra cost of €1.00 added to the aforementioned logistics cost.

The refund may take a maximum of 14 days to be effective from the moment we receive the package in our warehouse.

For socks returns, to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in. Your item must be in its original packaging with no labels removed.

**All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags). Damage to the box or omission of the box from your return/exchange will result in a charge of 5 Euros.

***Augusta the Brand reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This email contains a tracking link for you to follow the progress of your shipment. It can take up to 1 working day for our warehouse to prepare the order.

Delivery times depend on the destination:

Delivery within Spain and Portugal takes 2 to 3 working days.

For the rest of the world, deliveries take 3 to 5 working days.

During busy sales periods deliveries may take up to 6 working days longer than usual.
